Anonymous said: PS: Random thought I need to share… what I really need in my life is a FoxxayFic where Misty is asexual and the two of them try (successfully, I hope!) to find a way to have a fulfilling relationship that accommodates different needs. //Completely other random thought: If the Vitalum Vitalis usually entails "redistributing" life power (as seen in the into reel), except for Misty with her special gift, did Delia kill Madison? She died while Zoe was being resurrected. How could Kyle've killer her?
There are actually a couple asexual Misty fics out there! Let me know if you want me to dig them up for you because asexual Misty is a great theory.
That’s actually a really interesting thought, I never actually put it together that Cordelia could have used Madison’s life force to revive Zoe? Honestly, I thought because Cordelia was the Supreme, she was able to use her own power and Kyle simply choked Madison to death. But I can definitely see where you’re coming from!
Anonymous said: Hi there! Just stumbled across your blog (I'm not on tumblr anymore but found the article that referenced you as calling Delia being the supreme). Love the Misty Demon theory, gives me sth to think about :) On a Foxxay note, I read someone asked the AHS panel about Foxxay at Paleyfest (2013?). Do you happen to know a) who answered and/or b) how exactly they phrased their answer? I heard it was a dismissal but the phrasing would be interesting to know! Many thanks in advance!
Thanks for your praise on the Misty theory! It’s cool that you found my blog through that article too. :)
Yeah, I think I remember, at least vaguely:
a) the question was originally directed at Sarah, but Ryan ended up answering once Sarah seemed uncomfortable with the question
b) Ryan said that a lot of people thought that they were together but that it must have been because “everyone in the show is just so sexy” or something along those lines.
Hope this helped!
thewingedoctopus and I think something is up with Elsa singing songs that don’t fit in with the time period.
Everyone else sings period songs (Bette’s “when I’m calling you” is from a musical first performed in 1924, Dot’s “Dream a Little Dream of Me” was released in 1931), but Elsa somehow knows hits from the future.
She herself sings Life on Mars, which charted for thirteen weeks after coming out in 1971, then assigned Fiona Apple’s Criminal to Bette and Dot for their performance, which won a Grammy after being released in 1997.
So Elsa either has someone working for her who can access the future (Maggie??) or she can access it herself somehow, and is using that to steal popular songs to gain more of an audience. She may also be selling them later on because they don’t seem to be gathering too much of an audience through the freak show.
